At a time when the Belgian entrepreneurial landscape continues to evolve, Pulse Foundation and Belgium’s 40 under 40 are once again bringing together key actors of the ecosystem under the banner BE.Entrepreneur, two years after the launch of the initial initiative.

In 2024, BE.Entrepreneur gathered entrepreneurs, experts and policymakers to formulate concrete recommendations aimed at strengthening entrepreneurship in Belgium. The ambition was clear: accelerate, enable and educate entrepreneurship by identifying tangible levers for action and proposing a renewed vision for the years ahead.

Built with the contribution of numerous actors from the Belgian entrepreneurial ecosystem, these recommendations were designed to improve the entrepreneurial journey at every stage, from education and access to entrepreneurship to growth, innovation and resilience.

Two years later, this follow-up event aims to provide a state of play of what has changed since then. What progress has been made? Which challenges remain? And what should be the next priorities to ensure that entrepreneurship can fully contribute to economic dynamism and societal impact in Belgium?

Bringing together entrepreneurs, policymakers and ecosystem leaders, this new edition of BE.Entrepreneur will open the discussion on the road ahead and help shape the next steps for entrepreneurship in Belgium.
