This statement covers pulsefoundation.be and its review version, new.pulsefoundation.be.
Pulse Foundation is responsible for this website. For how we handle enquiries and other
personal information, read our privacy statement.
No analytics or advertising cookies
The website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, not Google Analytics. According to Cloudflare’s documentation, its analytics beacon does not store information in your browser or access cookies, local storage or session storage. It measures page visits and performance without visitor fingerprinting. Technical processing needed to deliver and protect a page is separate from this aggregate analytics service.
The current Cloudflare setting does not load the browser analytics beacon for visitors from the European Union. This means those visits are not included in browser analytics.
We do not set advertising cookies, load advertising pixels or embed social-media tracking buttons. Fonts are self-hosted. There is no site-wide analytics-cookie banner in this setup. This does not mean that an external service you choose to open cannot use its own storage.
External content stays off until you open it
- YouTube: selecting Play loads the privacy-enhanced player from
youtube-nocookie.com. Google then receives your IP address and browser/request information. Interaction with the player can involve its own storage and processing. Google privacy information. - Tally: selecting Open form loads the program’s form. Tally receives technical information and any answers you submit. Tally privacy information.
- Google Maps: selecting the map button loads Google’s map and sends technical information to Google. The written address remains available without it.
Each service is optional. Leave it unopened to refuse loading it; the rest of the page still works. Reload the page to stop the embedded session, and do not activate it again. Browser settings let you block or remove storage already set by an external provider. Removing browser storage does not delete information you previously submitted to a form or service.
Essential security and review features
Cloudflare may use strictly necessary security cookies when a security check is triggered. These serve site protection, not advertising. See Cloudflare’s cookie descriptions for the purpose and duration of cookies that its security services can set.
On the review version only, the feedback tool saves the reviewer name and email in local
storage after feedback, so those details can be reused. This storage has no automatic expiry;
clear this site’s data in your browser to remove it. The feedback tool is not loaded on
pulsefoundation.be or www.pulsefoundation.be.
The separate private workspace at os.pulsefoundation.net uses Cloudflare Access sign-in
cookies to keep authorised members logged in. They are not analytics cookies on the public
website. Signing out ends access; clearing cookies can require you to sign in again.
Your choices and future changes
You can manage cookies and other storage through your browser. Blocking necessary storage can prevent protected services from working. Choosing a language on this public website changes the URL; it does not require a persistent language cookie.
We will update this statement if the setup changes. Optional tracking that requires consent must remain off until you choose it, with an equally accessible refusal and a way to withdraw. For questions, contact [email protected].
