Revival stands with entrepreneurs and self-employed people in Belgium after a forced closure. Free, for up to 18 months, and carried by volunteers who have been there themselves.

Discover Revival
The end of a business, and the silence after it.
Bankruptcy, liquidation, a forced closure, a sale at a loss. A business can end in many ways, and each one arrives with paperwork, with social rights to reactivate, and with silence from most of the people who were there before.
Revival is what comes after. One to one, a certified volunteer coach and a mentor stay alongside for the whole program, and experts remain on hand for the questions those two cannot settle. Together with others, co-development sessions and workshops with people going through the same thing. That is the part nobody expects to need, and everybody does.
Revival takes entrepreneurs and self-employed people whose activity ended in the previous 24 months, in any sector and whatever the size of the business.
Why Pulse runs this
A failure should never be the end of an entrepreneurial life.
In 2025 Belgium set a new record: 11,665 companies declared bankrupt. When a company closes, the people it employed have a structured framework around them. The self-employed have almost nothing. No notice, often debt, and no support built for the situation they are in.
Pulse Foundation created Revival in December 2020, on the model of the French program 60.000 Rebonds, to fill exactly that gap. The aim is to give a self-employed person something comparable to what outplacement gives an employee, and to change how this country reads a bankruptcy: as a stage in a working life, not a verdict on a person.

Commitment
The volunteers commit freely and conscientiously, with nothing expected back. The entrepreneur commits too, to the individual sessions and to the collective ones, because nobody else can do the rebuilding.
Kindness
Support without judgement. It is what lets confidence and independence come back, and neither of them returns under pressure.
Professionalism
An initiative by entrepreneurs, for entrepreneurs. The volunteers hold a professional and ethical posture, and the program measures how well it is working and adjusts.
