#SheMeansBusiness
Individual business coaching, in English, French, Spanish or Dutch. The program Pulse funds most directly.

Access to entrepreneurship
#SheDIDIT is an inclusive incubator for women, with a particular welcome for those from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Who they are
Founder Lien Warmenbol started #SheDIDIT in 2018 after watching women from diverse backgrounds get less access to the ordinary playing field for entrepreneurs. The talent was there and so was the motivation. The coaching, the network, the knowledge and the organisations were not.
It began with the image of the entrepreneur, told through stories and role models, and the community grew fast. The plan had been to make more room at the traditional table. The table turned out to be too small, so they built their own, and there will never be a shortage of seats at it. Anyone who shares the mission is welcome.
Why we fund them
#SheDIDIT works on the obstacles a business plan does not cover. Confidence, a network, the sense of belonging in a room. It works on the practical side too, from legal structures to financial planning, and it works towards goals the entrepreneur set herself.
Pulse funds the organisation structurally, for three reasons: to speed up the roll-out across Belgium, to strengthen #SheMeansBusiness, the business coaching program, and to make #SheHUB a place the country recognises as the address for women's entrepreneurship and diversity.
What they run
Individual business coaching, in English, French, Spanish or Dutch. The program Pulse funds most directly.
Group coaching for women under 30, several of whom come back later to host the workshops themselves.
A multipurpose space to work in, host events in and be seen in, and a loan for the women the banks are slowest to say yes to.
In their words
Through the #SheDIDIT program, I had the chance to work with mentor Wendy Agyin, whose advice was always thoughtful, patient and spot on. She also invited me into the #SheDIDIT community, where I pitched Babyloop at the very start of my journey. Ever since, the community has been incredibly welcoming, and I have met many inspiring women along the way.
