Un pass dans l'impasse

Second chance

Being self-employed means
carrying a great deal.

Un pass dans l'impasse gives psychological support to people in distress. Reboost your mind is the service it built for the self-employed, and it is the one Pulse funds.

Who they are

Prevent, support, point the way.

Un pass dans l'impasse is a non-profit that works to protect life and to strengthen mental balance for the long term. It is recognised in Wallonia as a rehabilitation centre and it consults across Wallonia and Brussels.

It runs two services. SOS Suicide is for people in suicidal crisis and for those left behind after a suicide. Reboost your mind is for the self-employed and for entrepreneurs, and it is the reason Pulse is here.

Why we fund them

Help that arrives before the crisis.

Pressure, decisions, isolation and a mental load carried alone. None of that shows up in a company's accounts, and for a long time the only help available to a self-employed person arrived once things had already broken. Reboost your mind was built the other way round, for the doubt and the overload rather than only for the emergency.

Pulse funds Un pass dans l'impasse and the growth of Reboost your mind inside it. The support pays for the psychological consultations and for the network of Reboost relays, people trained to notice the early signs in a self-employed person they know and to point them somewhere useful. Noticing earlier is the whole of the difference here.

What they run

A conversation, not a diagnosis.

Consultations that fit a working week

Short and solution-focused, with professionals who understand what running your own business is actually like. Online or in person, across Wallonia and Brussels.

The Reboost relays

A network of people trained to spot the early signs in a self-employed person around them, and to open the conversation before it becomes an emergency.

A free line, and a way onward

0800 300 25 gets you a person. Where the need is somewhere else, legal, financial or medical, they say so and point you to it.

In their words

Someone who lived it.

It is okay to be struggling. And it is okay to get help when you are. You are not on your own. Talking about it is already a step forward.
